About Casa Sao Vicente (10 beds)

Casa Sao Vicente is a spacious villa, with two complete apartments connected via an outside staircase. It has a large patio with a stone grill, where you can enjoy maximum privacy. Are you thinking about a holiday with two families? Or do you want your children or your parents to have their own floor and privacy? A holiday with a large group of friends?* Then Casa Sao Vicente is the ideal place for you!

*In case you’re visiting with a group of friends, we ask for a minimum age of 30 years old

The upstairs apartment (4 beds)

The most special quality of this apartment is the view from the first floor! A fantastic view over the infinite ocean, where you see the sun rise right in front of you.
This apartment has a well equipped kitchen, big enough to have dinner inside with a large group.
There is a large bedroom with two comfortable chairs and another smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms have 2 beds that can be separated. There is enough space to put a baby cot if needed.
The upper floor also has a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The downstairs apartment (6 beds)

This apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, and a semi-detached bedroom in the living room, behind a screen. In total 5 beds.
The living room has a bed sofa as well, for unexpected guests who want to stay for a night. The downstairs kitchen is more compact, with all you may need, including a dishwasher!

Extra information

here is a shared shed, accessible to the guests of the neighboring house (Casa Boa Viagem), with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This shed also gives the possibility to combine the two houses, for instance for a family reunion. Up to 18-20 guests!
You will be welcomed with made beds, there are bath towels and kitchen towels, but no beach towels. You can request an extra round of cleaning from your hostess on site for an additional fee.
Smoking is not allowed inside and please use ashtrays if you smoke in the garden.
Please be mindful of sound and do not use speakers in the garden.

Check-in/out

Check-in is between 2:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. You are welcome to drop-off your luggage at an earlier time. When check-in is after 10p.m. an additional charge of 20 eur applies.
The check-out time is 10:30a.m. In case new guests arrive the same day, the check-out time for the upper part is no later than 10a.m.

cleaning

You do not have to clean, but we do expect you to leave the house in a decent manner. We kindly ask you to not leave dirty dishes, waste or empty bottles and no cigarette butts in the garden or on the terraces. In case you moved the furniture, please put it back in its original position. Thank you.
